Privacy & Terms
Last updated: May 9, 2026
This is a small site. The privacy practices are correspondingly small. This page describes them honestly.
Who operates this site
stillsmallvoicebook.com is operated by Shaun J. Morris, the same operator behind in-count-her.com. The two sites have related but distinct purposes. This notice covers stillsmallvoicebook.com and its subpaths (including the talk pages) only. For privacy practices on in-count-her.com, see the separate notice on that site.
What is collected
If you submit the waitlist form, we collect:
- Your email address.
- The submission timestamp (added by the form processor).
That is the only personal information this site asks for. Visiting any page of this site does not require submitting any information.
What is not collected
- No analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising cookies.
- No newsletters, no automated drip sequences, no sales funnels.
- No data sharing or selling to third parties.
- No accounts, profiles, or login systems on this site.
How the email is used
The waitlist receives one notification: when The Still Small Voice book is ready, you are sent a single email letting you know. That is the entire intended use.
You may also receive infrequent updates if the release plan materially changes — in language consistent with the original promise: no newsletter, no funnel, just the announcement.
You may ask to be removed from the waitlist at any time.
Lawful basis & retention
The email is processed on the basis of the consent given by submitting the form. You may withdraw that consent at any time. Once you ask to be removed, your email is deleted from the waitlist within a reasonable period.
Where the data lives
Waitlist data is stored by Netlify, the hosting and form-processing provider for this site. It is accessible only to the operator. It is not shared with, sold to, or transferred to any third party.
If you visit from outside the United States, note that the data is stored on infrastructure located in the United States.
Third-party services
When you visit this site, the following third parties may see your IP address as part of standard web operations:
- Netlify — hosts the site and processes form submissions.
- Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on the site.
These are standard infrastructure services with their own privacy policies governing what they do with that information.
Cookies
This site does not set cookies for tracking, analytics, or advertising. Netlify and Google Fonts may set technical cookies as part of delivering their service.
Your rights
You may at any time:
- Ask what is on file for you.
- Ask for your email to be deleted from the waitlist.
- Ask any reasonable question about your data.
For any of these, write to hello@stillsmallvoicebook.com. Residents of the European Union, the United Kingdom, California, and other jurisdictions with applicable privacy laws may have additional rights, which can also be exercised through the same contact.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn that we have, we delete it.
Changes to this notice
If anything material changes, the "last updated" date at the top of this page is revised, and where appropriate, the waitlist is notified.
